Our Mission
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® was founded on a mission of five basic tenets that have remained unchanged since the sorority’s inception. Our mission is
- to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards,
- to promote unity and friendship among college women,
- to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature,
- to maintain a progressive interest in college life,
- and to be of “Service to All Mankind.”
Thank you for your interest in Epsilon Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Since 1952, members of Epsilon Upsilon Omega Chapter have been servicing the Mercer County Community and providing timeless service to citizens of all ages.
For Non-Members
Membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated should not be solicited at any time.
Graduate membership is by invitation only.

For Visiting or New Members
Epsilon Upsilon Omega chapter meetings are open to all initiated members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. If you are new to the Trenton/Mercer County area, or seeking a new AKA home, we cordially invite you to join us for our next meeting!
Pre-Registration Procedure
- Please notify Membership via email [membershipeuo@gmail.com] with the following information at least 48 hours prior to meeting:
- Full name
- Contact information (phone / email)
- Date of meeting you desire to attend
- Note: If you will be attending with any other members, they will need to register separately
- Name of any EUO members who invited you (if applicable)
- Acknowledgement that you will bring necessary verification items to be verified in order to be admitted
- Acceptable forms for verification are:
- Photo identification
- One of the following:
- Financial card
- Original membership certificate
- Visitors are permitted to attend up to two (2) meetings per calendar year
- Please note November and December meetings are closed to outside members

Meeting Details
- Meetings are held every 3rd Friday of each month starting at 7pm, excluding July, August and November
- All meetings will be held CWA Local 1040 230 Parkway Avenue Trenton, NJ 08618
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of Chapter Meeting to allow adequate time for all credentials to be verified
- Business casual attire is required
- Children/other non-members are not permitted to attend
- While masks are not required for attendance at meetings, we do ask that you exercise caution and consideration in determining whether to attend if you are under the weather
