Hatitude Hat Fashion Show Vendor Payment

Dear Vendor,

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, Epsilon Upsilon Omega Chapter will be presenting Ladies’ and Gentlemen's Hat Fashion Show Luncheon and Day Party (Hattitude).  This year’s theme will be “Off to the Races: Kentucky Derby Style.” The event will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village, Princeton, New Jersey, 08540. Proceeds from Hattitude will be used to support our chapter programs that allow us to serve the community.

Vendors are given space on a first paid basis.  The doors will open at 11 A.M. However, the vendors will be admitted at 8 A.M. for set-up. All vendors will be asked to breakdown their space by 4:00 P.M. The vendor fee will be $75 per table plus the donation of a $25 gift certificate to be used as a door prize during the event. The gift certificate will hopefully encourage the winner to come shop with you before leaving the fashion show.  We will be featuring a hat vendor, if you have hats in your inventory; we ask that you save them for another event.  If you would like to have a boxed lunch, that will cost an additional $46 per meal.

• Please note payments made via our website are subject to a service processing fee. For your convenience, the service fee is already included in the price displayed on the registration form
• Payments must be received no later than April 12, 2018.

We have expanded space for vendors this year. There will be ten tables inside the ballroom and the remaining tables will be located outside of the ballroom. The first vendors to confirm their attendance will be assigned a table inside the ballroom. Your confirmation will determine whether or not you are assigned an inside or outside table. After receiving your assignment inside or outside of the ballroom, the tables will be assigned on the date of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. It is to your advantage to arrive early to select your table(s). We will provide assistance to those with multiple tables. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.
